Join Our Team as a Human Resource Manager in Long Beach, CA
Are you a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the bustling city of Long Beach, CA? Look no further! At 360 Headhunter, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team and take charge of all aspects related to human resources. This is an IN OFFICE daily position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
- Food industry, manufacturing, food manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred
Compensation:
- Full benefits including insurance, paid time off, retirement and more
Salary commensurate with experience but likely in the $100,000 to $115,000 range
