Food Manufacturing Plant Manager

Join our team as a Food Manufacturing Plant Manager in Greensboro, NC!

We are seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Plant Manager to oversee our production facility in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant operations, ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently and meeting all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of success in a managerial role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement plant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demand
  • Manage inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain product standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing plant management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
